Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; flexible scheduling dependent on facility needs
Qualifications:
- Valid ARRT (CT) certification required
- Current state licensure or eligibility in North Carolina
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of one year recent CT imaging experience preferred
- Strong technical proficiency with CT systems and hospital-based protocols
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic CT scans in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
- Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records
- Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after scans
- Collaborate effectively with the radiology and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal function
- Participate in continuing education as required
