Job Description
A skilled Imaging Technologist with experience in CT and PET technologies is needed for a contract position based in Cary, NC. This role involves operating advanced imaging equipment including Mobile 1.5 Espree and Altea 1.5 scanners across multiple locations.
Schedule:
- Saturday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM at Wake Radiology Garner (300 Health Park Dr, Garner, NC)
- Sunday: 6:30 AM 8:00 PM at Wake Radiology Cary (300 Ashville Ave #100, Cary, NC)
- Monday: 6:30 AM 8:00 PM at Wake Radiology Cary
Responsibilities include performing high-quality CT and PET scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort, preparing and maintaining imaging equipment, and collaborating with radiologists and medical staff to deliver accurate diagnostic data.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Proven experience in CT and PET imaging.
- Proficiency with Mobile 1.5 Espree and Altea 1.5 imaging systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently in both mobile and in-house imaging settings.
- Relevant certifications and licensure as required.
