Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active certification in CT imaging (such as ARRT (CT) or equivalent)
- Valid, unencumbered license as required for the state of Nevada
- At least one year of recent experience in a hospital or clinical imaging setting
- Proficiency with CT equipment and imaging software
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Adaptability and keen attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT imaging technology to perform diagnostic procedures safely and efficiently
- Interact with patients, explaining procedures and providing supportive care
- Assist radiologists and physicians with imaging needs, ensuring best practices for image quality and patient safety
- Maintain meticulous records, adhere to hospital protocols, and comply with radiation protection standards
- Participate in continuing education and cross-training as required
