Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist with advanced training in CT imaging
• Valid ARRT (CT) credential required
• Wisconsin state licensure, or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience operating CT equipment in a clinical or hospital setting
• Strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols
• Excellent communication skills and patient care abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and adapt to changing priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
• Operate CT imaging equipment, ensuring proper calibration and adherence to facility protocols
• Accurately position patients and set appropriate technical factors for each study
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for optimal diagnostic results
• Maintain accurate records and imaging documentation within electronic medical records
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines for patients and staff
• Monitor equipment for functionality and promptly report issues or needed maintenance
• Provide patient education regarding process and address any concerns or questions
