Key Qualifications:

  • Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT) with a CT specialty or equivalent credentials.
  • Current state licensure, meeting all regulatory requirements for CT imaging.
  • Proficient in the operation of CT equipment and image processing software.
  • Strong understanding of patient safety protocols, including proper shielding and infection control.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic CT scans following established protocols and physician orders.
  • Prepare, position, and care for patients throughout imaging procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality according to HIPAA standards.
  • Operate CT scanners and related technology, troubleshooting issues for smooth workflow.
