Qualifications:

• Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
• Current NYS license/registration as a radiologic technologist
• At least one year of CT or MRI experience
• Successful completion of pre-employment health clearance

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform radiographic examinations in collaboration with departmental radiologists
• Greet and prepare patients, explain procedures, and position them for optimal results
• Set accurate exposure factors to ensure quality imaging while maintaining radiation safety standards
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment proficiently, reporting malfunctions as needed
• Input patient details into the Radiology Information System for documentation and billing
• Adhere strictly to departmental protocols and policies
