This travel CT technologist assignment is perfect for individuals who want to expand their experience with advanced trauma and neuro imaging in a high-acuity setting. During your assignment, youll work with multiple scanner platformsincluding the latest GE Revolution modelswhile managing various cases at a respected trauma and burn facility. Collaborating with a talented imaging team, youll engage in a professional environment that fosters new learning opportunities and exposure to different leadership and teamwork approaches.
Hours:
- Weekend shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Desired Skills and Experience:
- ARRT (CT) certification (preferred)
- Experience using GE Revolution and older GE scanner platforms
- Knowledge of Epic computer systems
- Prior experience in emergency, trauma, or advanced inpatient CT settings
- Excellent collaboration and multitasking abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and troubleshoot a variety of CT scanners for emergent and routine cases
- Support a busy Level 1 trauma, stroke, and burn department with rapid and accurate imaging
- Communicate effectively with physicians and the healthcare team
- Maintain documentation and patient records in Epic
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to strict imaging protocols
