This 13-week role focuses on advanced imaging with CT and PET/CT technology, specifically using GE 64 Slice equipment. Youll gain exposure to a diverse patient population in a trauma setting, collaborating closely with skilled clinicians and leaders. This environment is ideal for broadening your clinical skills, learning new workplace practices, and building your resume with experience in high-acuity imaging care.

Schedule:

  • Nights: 6pm6am
  • Every weekend
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active ARRT (CT) Certification (required)
  • Valid Texas Radiologic Technologist License (required)
  • BLS Certification
  • Minimum 1 year of trauma experience, including ER CT-Trauma, CTA, and Stroke
  • Experience with GE 64 Slice machines
  • Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
  • Ability to float as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality CT and PET/CT imaging for diverse patient cases, including trauma, ER, stroke, and vascular studies
  • Adhere to safety and infection control guidelines consistently
  • Accurately document exams in Meditech
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to deliver effective patient care
  • Respond quickly during emergencies to support rapid clinical decision-making
