Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm
  • No holiday or weekend requirements

Role Overview:
You will independently perform CT scans for ER and inpatients in a high-volume department using state-of-the-art Philips CT scanners and Epic EMR. Your work will help deliver quality diagnostic services in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications:

  • Current NYS Diagnostic Imaging License with IV injection
  • BLS certification required
  • Registered Radiologic TechnologistR.T. (R)
  • At least 2 years of CT experience preferred, particularly in busy hospital settings
  • Proficiency with Philips CT scanners and experience using Epic EMR highly desirable
  • Strong adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Commitment to high standards of patient care and safety

Responsibilities:

  • Perform precise, high-quality CT imaging studies on ER and inpatient populations
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff
  • Accurately document procedures in Epic EMR
  • Maintain rigorous safety standards, including radiation protection protocols
  • Stay up-to-date with current imaging techniques and technological advancements
