Job Description

Step into a crucial imaging role, conducting CT scans and radiographic examinations across all age groupsfrom newborns to the elderlyin a hospital environment. Youll support seamless departmental function while providing vital, high-quality patient care. In addition to imaging duties, occasional receptionist responsibilities will be required, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Details:

  • Contract assignment
  • Shifts vary; expect a flexible schedule averaging 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next
  • All accommodations are shared units; private housing and pets are not permitted
  • Airfare is initially covered by the traveler or agency with reimbursement upon arrival
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology program or equivalent
  • At least two years of post-graduate radiologic experience in a hospital setting
  • Current ARRT certification; CT registered or board eligible
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CT angiograms and the ability to work independently
  • Basic computer skills are preferred
  • Limited or no supervisory responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic CT and radiographic exams for diverse patient populations
  • Ensure consistent delivery of quality imaging and patient safety protocols
  • Manage administrative and receptionist duties as needed to maintain efficient workflow
  • Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure timely communication of findings

Onboarding and Compliance:

  • All credentials, immunizations (Hepatitis A/B, Varicella, MMR, T-Dap, Polio), background screenings, and professional documentation must be complete and cleared prior to traveling
  • Travel is not permitted without full compliance; orientation is held on Tuesday and Wednesday only
