Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Registered with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or equivalent required
• Demonstrated competency in operating CT equipment and software
• Minimum of one year experience in a CT imaging role strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of anatomy, cross-sectional imaging, and safety procedures
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities to ensure patient comfort and accurate communication with clinical teams

Schedule/Hours:

• Contract role, specific schedule details to be discussed during the interview process

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT imaging examinations in accordance with physician orders and department protocols
• Accurately position patients and operate imaging equipment to acquire high-quality images
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control policies to maintain a safe environment
• Utilize electronic health records for documentation of patient data and imaging details
• Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff regarding imaging results
• Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment as needed, adhering to quality control standards
• Support patients throughout the imaging process, explaining procedures and addressing questions
