This travel assignment presents an exceptional chance for an ImagingCath Lab Technologist to advance their skills within a collaborative team celebrated for its commitment to clinical excellence. You'll work on innovative procedures, including scrubbing and circulating interventional cardiac catheterizations and invasive vascular procedures, broadening your exposure to advanced techniques and leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:
- STEMI call required
- Shifts can be discussed and tailored to individual needs
Desired Qualifications:
- ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist)
- Proficiency in both scrubbing and circulating roles
- Prior experience with interventional cardiac catheterizations and invasive vascular procedures
- Strong knowledge of supplies/devices for coronary/peripheral angiography, angioplasty, thrombectomy, stenting, and related procedures
- Timely response and adaptability for STEMI call rotation
- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate in high-pressure settings
Responsibilities:
- Assist and support cardiac and vascular interventional procedures
- Ensure preparedness of the lab with all necessary supplies and devices
- Maintain strict sterile technique while scrubbing and circulating
- Support physicians and fellow staff during emergent and scheduled procedures
- Accurately document procedural details and patient data
- Participate in call as scheduled, including prompt response to STEMI activations
