Key Qualifications:
- Current certification or registry as a Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS, ARRT, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in imaging and catheterization laboratory procedures
- Proficiency with imaging equipment, safety protocols, and sterile technique
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Active and unrestricted licensure as required by state and facility regulations
- BLS/ACLS certifications (as requested by facility)
- Previous travel or high-acuity hospital experience a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment used in the cath lab environment
- Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Monitor patient status and provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control guidelines
- Accurately document all procedures and patient progress
- Coordinate care with nursing, medical, and technical staff
