Qualifications:
- Current certification or registry as a Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS, ARRT, or equivalent)
- Proven experience operating imaging equipment within a cardiac catheterization laboratory
- Proficiency with fluoroscopy and digital angiography systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of sterile techniques and cardiovascular anatomy
- Ability to accurately monitor patient vital signs and provide emergency support if needed
- Strong team collaboration and communication abilities
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the catheterization laboratory, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are ready for scheduled procedures
- Assist physicians in a variety of diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures
- Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy units, ensuring high-quality images while prioritizing patient safety
- Monitor and record patient vital signs before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain accurate procedural documentation and patient records
- Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols
- Provide reassurance and education to patients and their families throughout the procedure process
- Support the interdisciplinary team by anticipating equipment needs and troubleshooting as required

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
