Qualifications:
- Current certification/registration as a Cath Lab Tech (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or equivalent preferred)
- Experience with imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and digital systems
- Ability to assist with a variety of cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures
- Proficient in sterile technique and radiation safety protocols
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Duties:
- Prepare and operate imaging and monitoring equipment for cardiac catheterization procedures
- Support the clinical team during diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
- Complete accurate documentation and records
- Adhere to facility and regulatory protocols to ensure quality care
