Step into a dynamic Cath/EP Lab environment at a leading Central Florida hospital, recognized for advancing cardiovascular care in the region. This contract opportunity offers exposure to innovative procedures, modern technology, and a supportive clinical team focused on quality patient outcomes.

Schedule:

• 7:00 AM 4:30 PM
• 4x10 or 5x8 hour shifts
• Late stays and on-call rotation are required

Qualifications:

• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• ARRT or RCIS certification (if not already ARRT, RCIS must be obtained within 3 years of hire)
• Advanced skills in at least two areas: EP circulating, scrubbing, or monitoring
• Experience with procedures such as TAVR, Watchman, PCI, peripheral interventions, Impella, and balloon pumps
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to float to holding, EP lab, or other relevant areas within scope of practice

Responsibilities:

• Assist with invasive cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures using advanced equipment (GE fluoroscopy, Mac Lab, Volcano, IVUS, Angiojet, Penumbra)
• Accurately document patient information in Mac Lab and Meditech systems
• Deliver compassionate, effective patient care while adhering to hospital guidelines and dress code (scrubs provided)
• Participate in on-call rotations, maintaining readiness for urgent cases
• Work alongside an experienced team of technologists, clinicians, and RNs, in a lab with a 1:1 or 2:1 patient-tech ratio
