Qualifications:
- ARRT certification or equivalent credentials in Cardiovascular Technology
- Minimum one year of recent experience as a Cath Lab Tech in a hospital or clinical setting
- Proficiency with current Cath Lab imaging equipment and procedures
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing clinical environments
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and set up equipment for cardiac catheterization and related imaging procedures
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab
- Operate advanced imaging technology and maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to established protocols and sterile technique
- Provide compassionate care and guidance to patients throughout the procedure
