Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current ARRT or equivalent certification in Radiologic Technology
- Valid state license as required by Florida regulations
- Minimum of one year Cath Lab Tech experience, preferably in a high-volume setting
- Strong knowledge of interventional procedures and imaging protocols
- ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment for cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
- Assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cases
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields and manage Cath Lab inventory
- Monitor patient status, ensuring safety and comfort throughout procedures
- Document procedures accurately in compliance with facility protocols
- Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to maintenance schedules
