A skilled Cath Lab Technologist opportunity is available at a Level IV Trauma short-term acute care hospital located in Saint Albans, WV. This contract position offers a structured schedule of four 10-hour daytime shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with on-call responsibilities rotating from Friday evening through Monday morning. The role supports a busy cath lab environment, averaging 8-10 diagnostic and interventional cases per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, including structural assessments
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care in the cath lab
• Respond promptly to on-call duties within a 30-minute timeframe
• Maintain documentation using Cerner electronic charting systems
• Adhere to hospital protocols and patient safety standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a competent cath lab technologist in all diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Active WV state license and ARRT registration required before assignment start (pending WV license submissions accepted)
• Ability to maintain rotation on weekend on-call coverage
• Flexibility to float within the cath lab scope if needed
• RCIS certification alone is insufficient for this role per state regulations
