This role promises significant career enrichment through hands-on work in a Cath Lab where approximately 40% of cases are Radiology-focused. Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 4x10 hour shifts (07:0017:30)
- Rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday call coverage
Key Qualifications:
- Active ARRT certification required
- Experience in Electrophysiology (EP) essential
- Proficiency with an IR (Interventional Radiology) skill set; skills checklist required
- Previous work as a Radiological Technologist in a Cath Lab, able to perform both scrub and monitoring roles
- Comfortable covering both Interventional Radiology and Cardiology cases
- Must live more than 50 miles from the assignment location
Primary Responsibilities:
- Participate as both scrub and monitor in evolving Cath Lab and IR procedures
- Provide superior patient care during all phases of the radiology and cardiology process
- Embrace on-call responsibilities, responding adeptly to urgent radiology cases
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to continuous process improvement
