This travel opportunity offers exceptional resume-building potential by exposing you to innovative cardiac imaging practices and varied hospital systems. You'll play a vital role during complex cardiology procedures and further develop your expertise in a high-acuity setting.
Schedule/Hours:
- Shift: 12-hour days, 6:00 AM to 7:10 PM
- On-call rotation: every other weekend, plus at least two additional days per week
- 13-week initial assignment
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab setting
- Valid Florida license required
- Certification: ARRT (CI) or RCIS
- Credentialing documents due the Wednesday before your start date
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment to assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Collaborate closely with nurses, radiologists, and cardiologists to ensure patient safety and excellent care during complex cases
- Maintain high standards for image quality, procedure documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Respond to on-call emergencies and demonstrate flexibility with rotating weekend coverage
