Job Description

Step into an engaging contract opportunity in a dynamic Cath and EP Lab environment, supporting critical cardiovascular procedures with cutting-edge technology. The department features two Cath labs, one EP suite, and a holding area, providing direct involvement with a spectrum of interventional cardiology services. The facility is dedicated to clinical excellence, recognized for its comprehensive cardiovascular program and commitment to patient-centered care.

Schedule:

  • 7:00 AM 4:30 PM
  • Four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts per week
  • Occasional late stays and on-call rotation

Qualifications:

  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • One of the following: ARRT certification or RCIS (within 3 years of hire if not a Radiologic Technologist with ARRT)
  • Experience with two or more EP lab skill sets (circulating, scrubbing, monitoring) strongly desired
  • Proficiency with GE fluoro, Mac Lab, Acist, Volcano, IVUS, Angiojet, Penumbra preferred
  • Ability to float within the scope of practice (holding area, EP lab, or related departments)
  • Commitment to high-quality patient experiences in a collaborative setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with advanced cardiovascular procedures including TAVR, Watchman, PCI, peripherals, Impella, and balloon pump
  • Operate diverse imaging and monitoring systems within the Cath/EP lab
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Mac Lab and MediTech systems
  • Work closely with an experienced team including RNs, Techs, and leadership
  • Adhere to department dress code and hospital safety standards
  • Ensure compassionate, effective patient care throughout all procedures

$1,863 - $1,971/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
