Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cardiac catheterization lab imaging equipment with precision and adherence to safety guidelines
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Prepare and maintain sterility of the cath lab environment
- Monitor patient status, responding quickly to changes
- Document procedures accurately in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
Qualifications:
- Current certification/licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist (as required by state/regional authorities)
- Previous experience in cardiac cath lab imaging strongly preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of imaging technology, equipment calibration, and safety practices
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and time-management skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
