An opportunity is available for a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to support cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience and credentials as an RCIS or ARRT. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in scrubbing Cath Lab cases, including the use of Impella devices and Balloon Pumps, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Scrub and assist in cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Prepare the Cath Lab and equipment in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other team members during procedures.
- Handle specialized devices such as Impella pumps and Balloon Pumps effectively.
- Participate in 1-2 overnight on-call shifts per week.
- Provide coverage for one weekend on-call shift every five weeks.
- Adhere to credentialing and licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
- Certification as Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or American Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
- Able to scrub cases involving advanced cardiac support devices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work 4 ten-hour shifts from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.
- Willingness to participate in overnight and weekend call duties.
- Credentialing must be completed within one week prior to the start date.
Schedule:
- Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.
- One to two overnight on-call shifts weekly.
- One weekend on-call shift every five weeks.
Additional Information: This position is offered on a contract basis. Overtime requires prior approval.
