Youll gain hands-on experience in a high-volume cardiac catheterization setting, working alongside expert clinicians and expanding your expertise with advanced procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, structural heart, and peripheral interventions. Schedule:
- Primary shift: 11:30 AM 7:30 PM
- Varying start times between 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrub and first assist during cardiac catheterization procedures for adults
- Operate in a busy cardiac cath lab with three active labs
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Accurately document procedures in EPIC
- Maintain rigorous standards for safety and patient care
Required Qualifications:
- Current ARRT(R) certification
- NYSDOH Radiologic Technologist license
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab environment
- Proficiency in scrubbing and first assist roles
Preferred Experience:
- Interventional Radiography exposure
