Stepping into this Cardiovascular Tech (CVT) role in a state-of-the-art Cath Lab/EP Lab, youll work side-by-side with knowledgeable colleagues, adapting to diverse workflow practices and a variety of leadership styles. - On call preferred, but optional
Required Qualifications:
- ARRT (R) certification
- Current NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist license
- Minimum 2 years experience in Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Lab settings
- Current BLS certification
Preferred:
- ACLS certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac and electrophysiology procedures
- Operate advanced imaging equipment while ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to deliver exceptional cardiac care
- Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records
- Participate in quality assurance and equipment maintenance routines
