Step into a dynamic healthcare environment as a Cath Lab Technologist, specializing in invasive cardiac procedures. Schedule:

• 17-week contract
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
• On-call rotation every other weekend and every third weekend, plus two additional days during the week

Qualifications:

• Current certification: RT(R) or RCIS
• Valid BLS & ACLS certifications required
• Demonstrated experience working in a Cardiac Cath Lab or interventional imaging setting
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, hemodynamics, and sterile procedure techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and respond efficiently to emergent situations
• Excellent communication skills and attention to patient safety protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the cath lab suite for daily procedures and ensure proper functioning of equipment
• Assist physicians during invasive cardiovascular procedures, monitoring patient status and technical parameters throughout
• Perform scrub, circulate, and monitor duties as needed during diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Maintain accurate records, including procedural documentation and patient information
• Adhere to infection control standards and hospital policies at all times
• Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
