Professionally, working in this dynamic hospital environment means exposure to innovative cardiovascular procedures using the latest technology, including GE Innova, Boston IVUS, Impella, and more. You'll collaborate with a skilled team of 5-10 physicians and a dedicated charge nurse, gaining insight into a variety of workplace cultures and leadership approaches, which will enhance your skills and broaden your expertise for future career opportunities.
Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- On call approximately 15-18 days per month
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience
- Active ACLS and BLS certifications
- RCIS, RCES, or RT(R) credentials
- Advanced scrubbing experience for LHC/RHC, PCI, STEMI, Peripherals
- Strong monitoring skills in procedural settings
- Ability to support in pre/post procedure areas as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures including PCI, STEMI, stroke interventions, carotid stenting, and peripheral diagnostics/interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Rotate weekends, holidays, and on-call schedules alongside permanent staff
