An exciting contract opportunity is available for an experienced Cath Lab Technologist to contribute skilled imaging expertise in a dynamic procedural environment. This role offers the chance to work alongside top physicians, utilize advanced technology, and support cutting-edge cardiovascular procedures.

Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts each week
• Expected to work every other weekend and rotate holidays
• On-call requirement includes participation on a two-call team rotation, approximately 15-18 days per month

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of one year recent Cath Lab experience
• Active certification: RCIS, RCES, or RT(R)
• Current ACLS and BLS credentials
• Proficiency in scrubbing for LHC/RHC, PCI, STEMI, peripheral procedures
• Ability to monitor patients throughout procedures
• Flexible and willing to float to prep/recovery areas as needed
• Comfortable using MacLab and Meditech documentation systems

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced equipment: GE Innova, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, Penumbra
• Familiarity with procedure types including diagnostic left heart caths, PCIs, carotid stenting, and peripheral interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with a variety of cardiovascular, neurovascular, and peripheral vascular procedures
• Ensure patient safety and accurate documentation throughout all stages
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team with dedicated charge nurse support
• Maintain high standards in accordance with facility best practices and awards, including GWTG recognitions
