Gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, state-of-the-art Cardiac Cath Lab within a high-achieving medical center renowned for its innovation and commitment to patient care. Hone your skills alongside an accomplished multidisciplinary team recognized for award-winning service, including Daisy Awards and Sunflower Awards. Advance your professional development with exposure to the latest cardiovascular technologyincluding GE Innova and Impella systemsand learn from seasoned leaders in an accredited Chest Pain and Advanced Primary Stroke Center.
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
- STEMI call rotation: Approx. 1012 days/month (self-scheduling for greater flexibility)
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
- Prior Cath Lab experience, including knowledge of Structural Heart, IABP, Impella, IFR, and FFR
- Advanced proficiency in PCI, PFO, Impella, and IABP procedures
- Familiarity with TAVR, PFO, Atherectomy, PCI, R/LHC, Implants, DCCV, and TEE
- Ability to float to EP and Stress Labs as needed
- Experience with GE Innova equipment; documentation in MacLab and Meditech
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality imaging support for cardiac catheterizations and related procedures
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff for optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to department and facility protocols, including using hospital-provided surgical scrubs
- Ensure positive patient experiences through excellent interpersonal skills
