Working in the dynamic Cath Lab environment will expose you to a diverse range of procedures, equipment, and workplace practices. Collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals, observe various leadership methods, and build a distinctive resume through hands-on experience with advanced technology like IABP, Impella, and state-of-the-art imaging systems. Schedule/Hours:

• Every other weekend on call
• Every other night on call during the week
• 30-minute response time required for callbacks

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven experience with IABP and Impella required
• Demonstrated proficiency with interventional Cath procedures (peripheral/coronary)
• ACLS certification required
• Preferred: Experience in EP or previous exposure to a broad range of catheterization lab interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex procedures including heart catheterizations, interventions, pacemaker and AICD placements, Watchman device deployment, and EP ablations
• Collaborate within a small, skilled team (1:1 patient ratio)
• Operate and manage sophisticated equipment: stents, balloons, IVUS, FFR, and ultrasound
• Respond flexibly to on-call needs, including occasional support in IR and ICU settings as competency allows
