Schedule:
- Day shifts, 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
- 13-week assignment
- Interview and offer process completed the same day
Qualifications:
- Certified as either RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- Minimum of two years recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
- Comprehensive understanding of imaging and cardiac catheterization procedures
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong technical and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate imaging equipment to assist physicians during catheterization procedures, including angioplasty and stent placement
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to all infection control protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for optimal procedure outcomes
- Monitor patient vital signs and provide support before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage imaging records according to facility standards
- Participate in quality assurance processes and ongoing departmental improvement initiatives
