Desired qualifications:
- ARRT or RCIS certification (current and in good standing)
- State radiologic technologist license (if required)
- Previous experience in a hospital Cath Lab environment
- Proficiency with interventional cardiac procedures and imaging technology
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate imaging equipment for cardiac catheterizations and interventions
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under physician supervision
- Monitor patients vital signs and respond promptly to emergent situations
- Ensure accurate imaging documentation and maintain detailed records
- Adhere to facility protocols, safety, and infection control standards
- Support and educate patients and their families throughout procedures
