Job Description

Advance your career as a Cath Lab Technologist in a dynamic imaging environment. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a high-acuity setting, working with state-of-the-art diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular imaging equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT certification or equivalent registry required
  • One year or more of recent experience in a cardiac catheterization lab
  • Advanced knowledge of angiography, hemodynamic monitoring, and sterile technique
  • Competence in operating and troubleshooting imaging equipment and monitoring software
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time contract assignment
  • Shift and specific hours provided upon interview

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients and assist with cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Operate specialized radiologic equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Monitor patient status, vital signs, and procedural outcomes in real time
  • Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies
  • Collaborate closely with technologists, nurses, and physicians for optimal workflow
  • Adhere to all infection control, safety, and quality assurance policies
  • Support equipment calibration, inventory management, and room turnover
