This contract opportunity allows you to work alongside multidisciplinary clinical teams to deliver precise, timely imaging crucial to cardiac diagnostics and interventions.

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time contract assignment
• Flexible scheduling options may be available pending operational needs

Qualifications:

• Current and valid certification/licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical cardiac catheterization laboratory
• Proficiency with imaging equipment and familiarity with interventional cardiology protocols
• Strong understanding of patient safety, radiation safety protocols, and sterile technique
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards of care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, operate, and maintain imaging equipment for cardiac catheterizations and vascular procedures
• Assist physicians during invasive cardiovascular procedures, ensuring optimal image acquisition
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures, providing technical and patient care support
• Adhere to established protocols for documentation, safety, and infection control
• Assist in patient preparation and post-procedure care
• Maintain accurate records and ensure equipment readiness for emergent and scheduled procedures
