Key Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification or equivalent in related imaging discipline
• Current state licensure, as required for imaging professionals
• Proven experience as a Cath Lab Tech in clinical environments
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular and interventional procedures
• Proficiency with imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and digital imaging systems
• Excellent critical thinking, patient care, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred

Schedule:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment safely and accurately during cardiac catheterization and related procedures
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab
• Monitor patients vital signs and maintain a sterile, safe environment
• Document procedures and patient information thoroughly in medical records
• Prepare patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and understanding
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in equipment maintenance and calibration for optimal performance
