Job Description

Schedule/Hours:

  • 40 hours per week (4x10s)
  • Rotating on-call responsibilities
  • Must be open to working at least 2 of the 3 winter holidays if needed

Required Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Current RCIS or ARRT credential (If ARRT, New York State license required)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
  • Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of OB experience strongly preferred

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory under the direction of attending physicians and in accordance with established protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians operating the X-ray equipment to ensure safe and effective patient imaging
  • Support patient care throughout procedures by monitoring vital signs, preparing necessary equipment and maintaining a safe, sterile environment
  • Handle emergency situations confidently and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Contribute to accurate documentation and tracking of procedural outcomes

Preferred Experience:

  • Three or more years providing care in an obstetric setting, with demonstrated proficiency in fetal monitoring
