Responsibilities:

  • Operate advanced imaging equipment to assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
  • Prepare and position patients for exams, ensuring comfort and safety throughout each procedure
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other techs for seamless workflow in the Cath Lab
  • Accurately document procedures, maintain precise records, and contribute to quality assurance initiatives
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure optimal operation
  • Uphold strict safety, infection control, and privacy standards
  • Provide compassionate patient care and education before, during, and after procedures

Qualifications:

  • ARRT certification or equivalent in Radiologic Technology
  • Current state licensure (as applicable)
  • Minimum one year Cath Lab experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac imaging protocols, equipment operation, and radiation safety
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
