Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Certification as a Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
- Registered with ARRT (if required by state)
- Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and cardiovascular procedures
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment and assist with cardiac catheterization procedures
- Prepare patients, monitor vital signs, and provide support throughout procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists
- Troubleshoot equipment and provide timely problem resolution
- Contribute to high standards of patient care and operational efficiency
