Schedule/Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Four 10-hour shifts (4x10s)
• Rotating on-call duties required
• Willingness to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays if needed

Key Qualifications:

• RCIS or ARRT certification required
• If applying with ARRT, candidates must possess a valid New York State license
• Current BLS certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification
• Preferred: At least three years of OB experience
• Strong knowledge of Cath Lab imaging protocols
• Comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team
• Detail-oriented and adaptable in rapidly changing clinical scenarios

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and support of diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures
• Ensure optimal image quality as directed by the physician, who will operate the X-ray equipment
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within hospital systems
• Uphold all policies regarding patient safety and infection control standards
• Respond promptly and effectively during on-call situations and emergent cases
• Contribute to a patient-centered care approach in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other staff
