Job Description

Step into a dynamic role supporting vital cardiac procedures as an Imaging Cath Lab Technologist. This contract position offers the opportunity to play an integral role in the cardiac cath lab, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Schedule:

  • 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • On-call rotation every third weekend
  • On-call coverage for two weekdays each week

Qualifications:

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • ARRT (RT(R)) or RCIS credential required
  • Previous experience in cardiac cath lab settings strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to respond effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of invasive cardiac procedures, supporting physicians and nurses in the lab
  • Operate imaging equipment, ensuring clear diagnostic imaging for each case
  • Prepare and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
  • Maintain accurate records, imaging data, and ensure patient safety at all times
  • Remain on-call as scheduled to promptly respond to emergent cases
  • Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols
