Qualifications:
- Current ARRT or RCIS certification required
- Valid and unrestricted state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum of one year recent Cath Lab experience
- BLS and ACLS certification (from AHA)
- Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology procedures
- Proficient in operating imaging and monitoring equipment
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Comfortable adapting to new workflows and hospital technologies
Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment and assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
- Prepare patients and monitoring vital signs throughout procedures
- Maintain and troubleshoot all Cath Lab equipment
- Ensure accurate patient documentation for all procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols and hospital policies
- Participate collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Remain proactive with schedule changes and emergency procedures
