As an Imaging Special Procedures Technologist, you'll be immersed in a fast-paced cardiac catheterization environment performing cardiac, structural heart, and peripheral procedures. Schedule/Hours:
- Primary shift: 11:30 AM 7:30 PM
- Varying start times between 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
Qualifications:
- ARRT(R) certification required
- New York State DOH Radiologic Technologist license
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Labs
- Experience scrubbing and first assist is essential
- Proficient with EPIC systems
- Preferred experience: Interventional Radiography
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide imaging support for high volume cardiac catheterizations and peripheral procedures
- Scrub and first assist during procedures for adult patients only
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to best practices and safety protocols
