Required Qualifications & Experience:
- ARRT or equivalent Cath Lab Tech accreditation required
- Active, unencumbered state licensure appropriate for assignment
- Minimum one year recent experience in a cardiac catheterization lab
- Demonstrated expertise with imaging equipment and sterile procedures
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and stent placements
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields; ensure patient safety throughout procedures
- Document patient information, images, and procedural details accurately
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging and monitoring equipment
