Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians with all aspects of catheterization, including prep, monitoring, and recording patient data throughout procedures.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety and sterile protocols in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment.
  • Prepare and administer contrast media and supporting materials as needed during imaging.
  • Provide emotional support and clear communication with patients before, during, and after procedures.
  • Accurately document procedure details and patient information per established hospital and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with nursing, medical, and technical staff to deliver the highest standard of care.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Cath Lab Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Registration and state licensure as required for Cath Lab Technologists.
  • Proficiency with Cath Lab imaging technology and cardiovascular procedures.
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • BLS/ACLS certification required.
