This opportunity offers a full-time schedule, with four 10-hour shifts per week and rotating call, including weekend, on-call, holiday, and floating requirements as needed. Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Cath Lab Tech
- Active certification with ARRT or RCIS
- Proficient in radiographic diagnostic and interventional special procedures, strictly adhering to provider orders and department protocols
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to apply relevant methodologies and evidence-based practices
- Experience precepting or orienting new staff, including clinical onboarding
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and continuous professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties associated with the Cath Lab, ensuring technical excellence in diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Promote a culture of learning by orienting and precepting new or transferring staff
- Model advanced practices in patient care and staff collaboration
- Facilitate onboarding of newly hired physicians within the department
- Support departmental protocols and foster an environment geared toward advancing clinical skills
Compensation and Benefits: Earn a competitive base hourly pay from $44.09 to $70.54, with shift differentials available and a $40,000 retention bonus.
