As a travel imaging professional specializing in cath lab technology, you will:

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent in Imaging required (RCIS, ARRT, or similar).
  • Prior experience operating advanced imaging and cath lab equipment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sterile techniques and cardiac cath lab procedures.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, calibrate, and operate cath lab imaging equipment in support of cardiac and vascular procedures.
  • Assist physicians during diagnostics and interventions, ensuring imaging accuracy and patient safety.
  • Monitor patient vitals and procedural progress, responding to emergent needs.
  • Adhere to established protocols for quality assurance and infection control.
  • Document procedural data and collaborate in delivering exemplary patient care.
  • Maintain a calm, organized approach in fast-paced, high-acuity situations.
