Job Description
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Imaging - Cath Lab Tech with a strong background in Electrophysiology, specifically stimming, for a contract assignment. You will collaborate with a dedicated team in a dynamic environment, providing vital services in both the Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) units.
Schedule:
- Four 9-hour shifts (6:30 AM 4:00 PM)
- Rotating weekends (12 weekends within a 6-week schedule)
- On-call requirement (12 nights/week in a 6-week schedule)
Qualifications:
- Current RCIS certification is required.
- Demonstrated Electrophysiology (EP) experience, particularly with stimming procedures.
- Previous experience in a Cath Lab environment.
- Proficiency in operating equipment including Philips, GE, Carto, and Ensite systems.
- Adaptable and flexible mindset to meet the demands of a high-paced unit.
Responsibilities:
- Support a 4-lab Cath/EP unit with state-of-the-art technology and EMR systems (Meditech, GE Mac Lab).
- Perform common procedures such as LHC/PCI, TAVR, and EP Study Ablations.
- Collaborate with a team of 9 staff members to ensure a seamless workflow and the highest standard of patient care.
- Maintain equipment and follow safety guidelines and protocols.
- Participate in required on-call rotations and rotating weekend shifts as assigned.
Preferred Experience:
- Candidates with deep EP and stimming experience will be considered first.
