Qualifications:
- ARRT, RCIS, or equivalent Cath Lab Tech certification required
- 1+ year of recent experience in a Cath Lab setting highly preferred
- Proficiency in cardiac and vascular imaging procedures
- Strong understanding of sterile techniques and safety protocols
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist cardiologists with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Operate specialized imaging equipment for optimal patient diagnostics
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergent situations as needed
- Ensure equipment is maintained, calibrated, and fully operational
- Adhere to all departmental protocols and infection control standards
- Document procedures and assist in patient care planning
