Exceptional opportunity for experienced Cath Lab Technologists to provide specialized cardiac care in a dynamic and well-equipped procedural unit. This travel position operates within a 3-suite Cath Lab with 3 holding bays, supported by a dedicated team of nine skilled professionals who maintain a 3:1 patient-to-staff ratio. Utilize advanced technology including GE Innova Fluoro Systems and Mac Lab, while delivering complex cardiac diagnostics and interventions.
Location
Situated in the vibrant Denver metropolitan area, this role offers access to the stunning Colorado Rockies, renowned for world-class skiing, hiking, and outdoor activities. Schedule
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM 4:15 PM with some pre/post procedural variations
- On-call rotation averaging 8-12 days per 4-week cycle, including occasional weekends
- On-call staff must reside within 30 minutes of the Cath Lab to ensure timely response
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, peripheral diagnostics, pacemakers, ICDs, cardioversions, TEEs, tilt table, and dobutamine stress testing
- Collaborate closely with engaged physicians and multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate actively in the on-call schedule to support emergent cardiac care needs
Qualifications and Desired Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience with current ACLS certification required
- Preferred experience in patient holding and monitoring for cardiovascular procedures
- Proven ability to stay positive, flexible, and engaged in providing exceptional patient care
