Exciting opportunity for an experienced Cath Lab Tech with specialized Electrophysiology (EP) skills in Stimming to join a high-capacity hospital in Denver, CO. This contract position offers a dynamic work environment within a busy facility featuring 480 beds and 4 cath labs. If you have the required RCIS certification and EP experience, this role offers a chance to advance your career in a cutting-edge cardiovascular unit.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) required
- Electrophysiology (EP) experience specifically in Stimming mandatory
- Proficiency with advanced imaging and mapping technologies such as Philips, GE, Carto, and Ensite
- Previous experience in LHC/PCI, TAVR, and EP Study Ablation procedures desired
- Flexible and adaptable to rotating schedules and call requirements
Work Schedule:
- 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM shifts, Tuesday through Thursday (4x 9-hour shifts)
- Rotating weekends: 1-2 per 6-week schedule
- Call duty: 1-2 nights per 6-week schedule
- No call required for those with EP stimming experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist cardiologists and electrophysiologists in complex interventional procedures
- Operate and maintain cath lab imaging and mapping equipment with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly during procedures
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety regulations
- Collaborate closely with a team of 9 staff members to provide superior patient care
