Embark on an exciting opportunity in an advanced cardiac and electrophysiology (EP) lab, providing essential imaging services as a Cath Lab Tech. This contract position is ideal for professionals eager to work with state-of-the-art technologies and a highly experienced multidisciplinary team within a well-established acute care hospital.

Schedule/Hours:

• Shift: 7:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Cath lab scheduling: 4x10 or 5x8-hour days with potential late stays and call rotation

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• ARRT or RCIS certification within three years of hire (if not ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist)
• Proficient in at least two advanced EP skills: circulating, scrubbing, or monitoring
• Experience with cardiac procedures such as TAVR, Watchman, PCI, peripherals, Impella, and balloon pump
• Strong documentation abilities with Mac Lab and MediTech
• Team-player mindset and adaptable approach, ready to float within scope of practice as needed

Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot cutting-edge lab equipment, including GE fluoroscopy, Mac Lab, Acist, Volcano, IVUS, Angiojet, and Penumbra systems
• Deliver patient-centered care in a dynamic 2-room cath lab, 1 EP lab, and holding area
• Collaborate with a dedicated unit director, charge RN, techs, and RNs in supporting comprehensive cardiovascular interventions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, dress code (scrubs provided), and unit-specific guidelines
• Contribute to the hospitals mission of high-quality, cost-effective care and an exceptional patient experience

$1,863 - $1,971/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
